Named after the Paul luard poem Libert, the cuve is aged for 12 months in old oak barrels, and blends fruit from En Reniard which adds brightness and Combe du Bas, which gives the wine its spice and tension. Aromas of bright cherry, crushed rose petals, and a hint of
